@El187Asesino Hi, you are not alone.
Go to EA website and check your ban history, you should have a ban issued the 27 or 28 of OCT 2023 for PC that shadow bans your console account which is why you are stuck searching.
I had the same problem but for me it's fixed, please go to the following topic where everyone is gathering with your same issues.
