Stuck Processing Transaction

I tried to buy some apex points today, and the Steam transaction went through, but Apex got stuck processing the transaction.  Now, tabs Season, Legends, Loadouts, and Store are greyed out and my points are all have the back and forth loading bar.

It has been stuck like this for over an hour, and doesn't change if I reload the game. 

I have been trying to contact EA support but when they called I was unable to hear anything from the support person, and they haven't called back.

Does anyone know anything about this or had it happen to them before?
