My account level has changed to level 1

Hi all, I've recently returned to Apex, but my level has changed to level 1 and I need help. I hope my heirlooms and skins come back. I used to be at a level of 500 or higher, and I had 1400 hours of Steam playtime. Hope it helps me get my save back.
