Stuttering issues after genesis update

@SpectreFangI am having the exact same issue, I also coincidentally updated my graphics card driver before the genesis update but because there are nearly 100 other players having the same issue I am fairly certain that is irrelevant
My problem is that the game will just randomly freeze wether I am walking around or mid fight, if it happens mid fight I am 100% dead unless the enemy is just bad at the game... This obviously makes the game unplayable which never/rarely happened before the Genesis update
Edit: I noticed my texture streaming budget was somehow set above the recommended, I lowered it a notch so it is at the recommend/below recommended but I am not sure if this will 100% fix the issue or not yet
EDIT: IT STILL STUTTERS ._. It even started slightly stuttering during the champion screen which wasn’t happening last week, i tried someones solution to set the affinity but I have 6 cores and it only allowed me to set 5 of them
