Do you get this every match you play? If not, does it  only happen when playing Lifeline?
It's possible that the Lifeline skin you are using is currently bugged, can you check for me if switching to a different lifeline skin and see if that resolves the issue?

Usually this is an indicator that something is going wrong with the GPU.
This can be related to anything driver or hardware related.

I'd recommend following these steps to see if it resolves the issue:

1. Open your PC
2. Get rid of any dust (especially on your GPU)
3. Reseat your GPU and clean the contacts (On the GPU and on the Motherboard)

If you are playing on a laptop, it might be best to follow a guide online on how to properly clean the laptop of dust.

If it persists after that, try reinstalling your drivers with DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller)

I know you already tried reinstalling/updating your drivers, but with DDU you are making sure to get rid of any old drivers that might conflict with the newer ones.

Also keep an eye on the temperatures of your GPU (Any monitoring software is fine, e.g. HWInfo)
If it's overheating then that might be a cause.

Though it's also entirely possible that your GPU is starting to fail, if it's a new GPU under warranty you can try to RMA it with the manufacturer, otherwise you'll likely have to start looking for a new GPU.
