Texture Streaming Budget keeps setting to low 2-3GB

ever since the update (10/06/2020) i've been having this issue, everything stays the way i set it except the Textures. The textures keeps setting themselves at Low 2-3GB, the game even warns me that ...

    Hi, i got confirmation that this is being looked at, but a patch will be required to fix for good, so for now, when cross-playing when you start a match your texture streaming budget will be reset to Low. It may help to mitigate the impact of this by making other video settings changes to smooth things out. 

    Marking this as solved just for visibility. The issue is still under investigation.

Hi everyone, 

I merged together a handful of threads about this same issue. 

Are you all using any sort of command line arguments for Apex Legends in Origin? If so, can you try removing them and then launch Apex Legends once more? Let me know if your settings for the texture streaming budget still aren't saving afterward. Thanks!

Same issue. I uninstalled Geforce Experience, deleted all local config files, did a game repair, no command line options, rolled back to the previous Nvidia driver.  Still resets.  Playing with a Geforce 1060 6GB.
