Hi, I found a problem with my Apex Legends. When you enter soapy textures, and when you join the game, a countdown appears and the game starts, all the characters are soapy and the textures in the game too. FPS sometimes sags when you open containers - a drop may appear in a second.
My PC:

Could you also attach a screenshot and your launching commands and in-game settings if possible?
Sometimes adaptive resolution target can make for some blurry textures.
Can you check this is set to 0?
