When I'm on the main menu of Apex legends and go to the game mode tab and I press on about then my game gets an error saying:
Sh_challenges.gnut #2951
[UI] the index "(struct instance: 0x10099a17c0.0)" does not exist

I believe you are on PlayStation 4 right?
There is a known issue that bugs out the Grand Soiree challenges.
