I restarted my game and it doesn’t seem to work... changed my psn account and it’s still the same... help me, thank you!

I also had the same problem. This problem only occurs if you have a minor sub account linked to your original account. If you log out from the minor sub account on ps4 and then try to play, you will be able to play now.
@ZielhilfemannHey man this is really getting on my nerves this keeps happening to my account fix the problem I have played since there wasn’t a season and after season 5 came out this problem is happening it has never happened before so I don’t know why it’s happening now FIX IT😁thank you or tell my how to fix it

I had this error for two months but when I would hit retry it would work. Today that stopped working.... I play on PC using the origin client. I had to unlink my PSN account and then I had no problems logging in. I havn't had a psn since PS3... surprised it was even linked.
Can you play apex now or do you have still the same problem?
