Packet Loss issues Since Feb 26th, 2025, worked fine on the 25th.

Hi, I'm texting you in regards unreasonable packet losses I'm experiencing while playing Apex Legends, and only Apex Legends. I have spoken to my ISP, and there were no errors with my internet service, I have attached some pictures and a video, to showcase what my game is going through. I have spoken to a colleague of yours, but they said there were no outages in EA servers, and none of my friends (albeit) from other countries are experiencing any issues. As apex is my main game, I would like to get help resolving this. I have : Reset my router, Reinstalled the game, through steam & also EA play. I have changed DNS, updated all available drivers
