Lost Connection to EA server

Can someone please help me with this issue. My son is trying to play Apex, we get to the loading screen and it takes up to “A parent or guardian needs to verify your account” page, we click on “Start Verification” and then we get this error “lost connection to EA servers [Domain eadp::ServerError Code 102122]. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information.”

I can’t figure it out. Please help.
