Tranfer ps4 to pc

There is typically not a way to transfer progress between separate accounts if they were initially connected to different EA accounts. Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress. 

If you had progress on your PS4 and wish to access that on PC, you would need to sign in on EA app/Steam using the EA account that was linked with your PSN account. Moving your PSN to a different EA account would not transfer the progress.

If you already moved your PSN account, you'll need to re-link it to the original EA account to try recovering access to that content. You can contact support directly if you run into trouble getting the correct accounts re-linked.
