Unable to connect to EA servers after buying a apex dlc on steam

Question

I use a steam account(IGN: 我不是二次元别杀我，隔壁是个二次元先杀他) to play APEX, my account can connect to the APEX server before I bought Apex Legends™ - Bloodhound Edition.

After I bought the DLC, the game fails to connect to the servers

"Unable to connect to EA servers.Please········"

Then I use my friend steam account to play APEX on my PC and its success.

I can use a new account to play APEX and connect to the server on my device but not my old one which have bought the DLC.

My account can not connect to the EA servers in the game on other devices as well.

@ArcherInRain0e0&nbsp;Currently not aware of the pack causing issues like this, I would recommend reaching out to an EA Advisor to have your account looked at.&nbsp;
