Unable to connect to EA-Servers

Hi Guys i currently reside in south africa.....and since getting into apex season 3 i have had this constant problem with trying to log into apex, i am literally on the point of deleting this game t...

I recently helped someone else from South Africa and his problem was solved by using a VPN/GPN.
For a VPN is recommend: Tunnelbear, for GPN I recommend WT Fast

Let me know if this improved your connection

Thanks for the swift reply, will be trying the DNS option when i get back from work today.
Otherwise excuse my lack of tech savyniss but how does one implement the VPN and GPN on the PS4 pro?

  The first step is to change your DNS and see if that's possible.
  
  To use a VPN on your PS4 you will have to route your connection through your PC (via a ethernet cable) with the VPN.
  This is only a workaround not a real fix

    Hey zeel
    not sure if it has worked as, changed the DNS settings via wifi, when i tried it this morning the first time it didn't work came up with same error then tried it a second time after a minute or so then it worked.....will be trying again tonight multiple times in order to see if its that change that made the difference.
    Otherwise for the second option not sure im willing to pay for a VPN to try do it through the laptop, dont even buy battle packs 😉
    i would also think this is just a problem from EA's side as a few of my friends also get this problem from time to time.
