Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

Hello,

My Apex Legends account was permanently banned for "Gameplay enhancement." I have never submitted an appeal before.

Whenever I click the "Submit an appeal" button in my sanctions history, I immediately receive a "Case not created" error, which prevents me from submitting an appeal.

I would also like to mention that I was permanently banned shortly after upgrading my PC from Windows 10 to Windows 11. I am not sure whether this system change is related to the ban, but I wanted to provide this information for reference.

I have already tried different browsers, devices, mobile data, and the English version of the website, but the issue persists.

Could you please check whether there is a problem with my account or the appeal system? I would like to submit an appeal, but I am unable to create a case.

Hey MXXTXXM,

I've moved your post from the bug report section as it's not related to a bug within the game itself, but as Midnight9746 mentions this will need to be looked into by our Terms of Service team.

Are you able to try using an incognito mode or private browser, then using the links provided earlier to try creating a new appeal again? Try using the guest option rather than logging into your account and see if that allows you to get past the error you mentioned.

MXXTXXM This isn't an issue that can be handled through the forums as it relates to an account ban, instead you would need to reach out to the EA TOS Team about your ban:

Note: I have heard of players having success creating a case when using a VPN, so you could try that as well.
