Unable to launch game after ban reversed.

My account was banned and now that it has been reversed I am still unable to launch the game. Is anyone able to help. I have already messaged the EA help but its been over a week with no reponse.

Maybe try re-installing the game, and relog into Origin.
And just out of curiosity, why were you banned and why did they unban you?

I was given a 1 week ban. I did the time. But all the options are greyed out in Origin. I cannot update the game or anything.

This is all i see when i launch the game. I can get options to appear if i close out of origin and re open. Ive tried to check and update as well as repair but nothing is working.
