Same issue, played a game before the update and worked without a problem.
Right after the issues started. Super long time before I even connect to a server. 95% of the time I get the error Code:Pin (yeah super useful...) and after retrying I do eventually connect.
However whenever when I click to change the gamemode the frames drop from a steady 144 FPS to single digits.
I'll post my DxDiag in advance.

But after reading this topic it's spot on with my problem.
Same issue.
* restarted computer
* restarted modem/router
* run UOTrace (results were fine)
* uninstalled/reinstalled game
* installed via a different client (typically run on Origin, installed via steam and encountered same issue)
Worked before the Genesis update fine.

I'm having the same issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice. I have reset my router and downloaded this program uotrace and still nothing. I've been having this issue every since this last update. They need to fix it! I haven't had any problems up until this update. Nobody has any answers to this problem.....
