For some reason I am unable to login on my Xbox One. I have confirmed my EA password and Public Name are correct. I just get a pretty generic login that says:
Unable to Login
We cannot complete this action at this time. If you need assistance, please reference help.ea.com or answers.ea.com.
I've tried clearing the alternate MAC address. I've also ensured there are no restrictions on my account.
What are my next steps?
