Unable to Login on Xbox One

For some reason I am unable to login on my Xbox One. I have confirmed my EA password and Public Name are correct. I just get a pretty generic login that says:

Unable to Login

We cannot complete this action at this time. If you need assistance, please reference help.ea.com or answers.ea.com.

I've tried clearing the alternate MAC address. I've also ensured there are no restrictions on my account.

What are my next steps?

I was doing some more testing and looked at someone else' account on ea.com and saw that they had Xbox One under their Connected Accounts. Mine does not show that.

How do I connect my account. I thought it would happen by logging in to the game, but I can't login to the game.

When I tried to link my PC Apex Legends account to my Ps4, it says, "We cannot complete this action at this time." I know I have my username and password correct. Any help?

When I log in with my correct info it says this action can not be completed at this time

I keep trying to login to Apex Legends on my Xbox One and it continues to say Unable to login.
We cannot complete this action at this time.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
