Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended
Dear EA Support Advisor,
I am writing to express my regret and disappointment regarding the sudden ban on my game account. I am a Chinese player who loves Apex Legends deeply, with nearly 1,000 hours of playtime under my belt. Throughout all my gameplay, I have never engaged in any cheating or actions that disrupt the game balance. I firmly believe cheating and exploiting in-game glitches are disgraceful acts.
My account is already over Level 500, and the heirloom weapon has long been my most coveted reward. I was planning to take part in the ongoing event draw to unlock my very first heirloom, yet this unexpected account ban caught me completely off guard.
I swear I have never cheated or performed any balance-breaking actions at any point. I am extremely upset and disappointed. I sincerely ask you to conduct a thorough re-examination of my account logs. I hope to be treated with fairness and respect.
