Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

Dear EA Support Advisor,

I am writing to express my regret and disappointment regarding the sudden ban on my game account. I am a Chinese player who loves Apex Legends deeply, with nearly 1,000 hours of playtime under my belt. Throughout all my gameplay, I have never engaged in any cheating or actions that disrupt the game balance. I firmly believe cheating and exploiting in-game glitches are disgraceful acts.

 My account is already over Level 500, and the heirloom weapon has long been my most coveted reward. I was planning to take part in the ongoing event draw to unlock my very first heirloom, yet this unexpected account ban caught me completely off guard.

 I swear I have never cheated or performed any balance-breaking actions at any point. I am extremely upset and disappointed. I sincerely ask you to conduct a thorough re-examination of my account logs. I hope to be treated with fairness and respect.

    I have exhausted all available channels yet still failed to contact EA Customer Support. I submitted my first account appeal on June 29, and received a reply yesterday stating that my account remains flagged for violations. I immediately filed a second appeal on the very same day. I sincerely urge EA Support Advisors to conduct a thorough and meticulous review of my case. The ongoing lootbox event is drawing to a close. I fully trust EA’s platform systems will verify my innocence and lift the wrongful ban imposed on my account. I earnestly request your team to conduct a comprehensive investigation into my matter.

    我已经用尽了所有可能的渠道,但仍未能联系到EA客户支持。我在6月29日提交了我的第一个帐户上诉,昨天收到了回复,声称我的帐户仍然被标记为违规。同一天,我立即提出了第二次上诉。我真诚地敦促EA支持顾问对我的案例进行一次彻底、仔细的审查。正在进行的lootbox事件即将结束。我完全相信EA的平台系统会验证我的清白,并撤销对我帐户的错误禁令。我恳请你的团队全面调查我的事情。

    Sorry to hear you’ve been dealing with this.

    I understand why you’d be upset, especially if the ban seemed to come out of nowhere. Unfortunately, bans and appeals can’t be reviewed or handled here on the forums.

    If you haven’t already, the right place to check or appeal this is through Penalty History. If you’re still trying to get help after that, you can also go through this webform
