Appears rebooting after i made the post fixed it guess something got hung.

Hey @E9ine_AC.

Did you try repairing? That usually fixes this error in most cases.

If you right-click on Apex Legends in your Origin library you'll see the Repair option when the menu comes up. Let me know if that helps.
