Unfortunately, you'll need to wait for 6 months to pass before linking accounts again in that case. These warnings are detailed in the article about linking/unlinking accounts. In the future, make sure you give it a good read before unlinking an account.

Community ManagerNo. The device accounts need to already exist on the same EA account. You can't unlink a PS5 account from one EA account and then link it with a different EA account and have them merge. In order to get everything back on your PS5 account, you'll need to relink it to the original account. However, there is a 6 month wait between linking the account again.
so i recently found that my ea account had been unlinked from my xbox account (longshot leo) to a new xbox account (unknown) and i was wondering since progress is saved on ea account will i be eligible for cross progression when i use my ea account on pc to play apex, will i recieve all my cosmetics that i had on my longshot leo account?
Community ManagerContent and progress will not carry over to the account you linked to. It will remain on the account you unlinked from.
