Video settings stuck at portrait mode
My main monitor is in portrait mode while my secondary monitor is in landscape mode.
The setting in the game stucks at windowed mode and "tallscreen" option.

Try jumpin in the Nvidia control panel, go to the Adjust desktop size and position.
Tick the Override the scaling mode set by games and programs like so:
Apply and try out the game.
I went to my nvidia control panel and I don't have that section. Cant get to the apply button in-game to change my screen to full screen mode...

Looks like your display driver is broken. Try to download the latest driver https://www.geforce.com/drivers and do a clean install when it ask. Check all the boxes (Experience is optional) Try again. If that dose not work then wipe the drivers with ddu https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html and reinstall drivers. Then try again.
