For the past few weeks I haven't been able to play apex. A while ago I started getting this weird message that would pop up on the loading screen that said, "This profile is not permitted to play online." In addition to this, my game disconnects and sends me back to the loading screen every couple of minutes making the game completely unplayable. When these crashes happen I get one of two codes: Code net or code wheel. I've done lots of research and despite my best efforts the problem is still yet to be resolved. I could really use some help. Thanks!
