Where's my account?

I recently openes  apex after about a month to find my self looking at the login into ea account apparently I've been logged out but it got worse because I turns out MY ACCOUNT DOESNT EXIST ANYMORE and I have no idea what happened to it I don't think I got banned because I have no reason to be banned I never deleted my account even when I logged in using the same information I used to make my apex account is showed me the make an account screen I lost years of stuff and my first heirloom that I recently earned  and my skins I'm just so devastated and no longer have the motivation to play this game anymore is there anyway I can get the account back up?

    Mrisvital6 For this issue, you would contact EA Support, as sadly any account-related issue cannot be handled on the EA Forums.

    Furthermore, if you cannot find your account yourself through any of the above methods mentioned by XHelperZ, (and/or you think that the account is somehow deleted), you would have to contact EA Support, (especially since you're not able to delete your EA Account yourself, which means there may be an issue with your account).

    For more information about deleting and restoring deleted accounts, click here. (Be sure to read the part about what you can get back, should the account happened to be deleted).

    Its also possible that your account was hacked, and your email got changed. If you believe the account was hacked, contact EA Support here about recovering your account.

    I tried logging in typing in my email all 3 of them and it either leads me to the new account I had to make or a create account page

    Well I've always used the same email because I had an Xbox but switched to Nintendo and I have an ea account because I claimed twitch drops for apex before but the thing is I was on my brother's account and checked his friends list my account wasn't on there anymore it's doesn't show up anymore

    Heya,

    What platform are you using to log into Apex? (e.g. EA App, Steam, Xbox, PSN, etc)

    If it's the EA App, can you confirm that you are logged into the correct EA Account?

    If it's any platform that isn't the EA App, you would be logging in via a platform account.
    These platform accounts are linked to EA Accounts so they can access the progress on the EA Account.

    Can you confirm if the platform account you're using, is connected to the right EA Account?
    You can do so by logging in with your EA Account and checking all connected platform accounts on here: https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/connectaccounts/index

    It might also be worth to check the inbox from the email linked to your account, in-case EA has sent something related to your account.
