What platform are you using to log into Apex? (e.g. EA App, Steam, Xbox, PSN, etc)
If it's the EA App, can you confirm that you are logged into the correct EA Account?
If it's any platform that isn't the EA App, you would be logging in via a platform account.
These platform accounts are linked to EA Accounts so they can access the progress on the EA Account.
Can you confirm if the platform account you're using, is connected to the right EA Account?
You can do so by logging in with your EA Account and checking all connected platform accounts on here: https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/connectaccounts/index
It might also be worth to check the inbox from the email linked to your account, in-case EA has sent something related to your account.
