Why am i being asked to except EA's user agrrement every day?

Everytime i join apex i have to except apex user agreement. Possibly even  twice a day.

Hey @evandave34, 


This often happens because something is preventing the game from saving local data. Do you play on PC, or are you playing on a different platform?

    Do you have the game installed on an external hard drive?

      I have my profile on an xbox one and an xbox series s. Both are still requiring ea sign in. I have no extra memory as i keep my storage to 50%. Apologies for the late reply.

        No worries! Thanks for following up. 

        When you've got the chance can you try resetting the password for your EA Account to see if that helps? I've seen cases in the past where that can help with weird issues like this.
