Win7 r5apex.exe Error

My game crashed right after I scoped out of my sniper rifle, specifically Kraber and Triple Take. I used the sniper scope attachment for the Triple Take (instead of the factory issue). Screenshots of the error messages and DxDiag are attached. The external devices that are connected with my PC are just my external hard-drive and my printer. The rest are just standard devices like monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc. It only starts happening recently, I can't quite remember having this issue at the first few hours of playing the game.

Here are the things that I've tried to fix it:
- Repaired and updated the game via Origin (more than once)
- Updated my graphics card driver (twice)
- Before all of these things even starts happening, I lowered my graphical settings already
