Wrongfully banned

@ParaDimezsorry to hear that you got banned. ☹️ unfortunately, you posted it in the wrong forum (it's the Madden forum). I assume one of the moderators will move your post to the correct forum soon (@EA_Barry). 

So sick of seeing this crap,how bout you don't hack ,I realize that it could happen but do I believe the majority of people screaming it ,heck no!!!Thanks EA for trying to clamp down on the hacks,It does my heart good to see people coming on here crying about there bans.

i got banned off apex for no reason, i have recorded footage for proof

i was playing apex and for no reason i got banned from apex, i tried creating a new account and that account got banned as well, i created a third account and one game into apex legends it got banned, 3 accounts got banned within 3 hours, i have recorded footage showing i wasn't up to any mischief as i was playing with friends, i was live on twitch and my entire twitch chat saw i got banned for no reason what so ever. i tried contacting ea but just sending them an email and waiting is just not good, season 8 of apex legends starts tomorrow and because i keep getting banned for no reason im going to miss out on season 8 ☹️

Banned from APEX on 19/01/2021

I logged onto my account and noticed that I had the 4k damage emblem for my wraith profile and thought it was a bug (as I am no good enough to earn this badge at all) but continued to play with my friends. Later that session I was banned mid game and recieved this email.

"We noticed that your EA account broke EA’s gameplay rules.
Because your account was cheating, we’ve permanently blocked your access to Apex Legends’ online features."

I have then instantly googled to see if anyone was in the same position and sent a support ticket to your @eahelp and am still left in the dark for my outcome of my account.

I really enjoyed playing this game over the covid period and even purchased and maxed the season 7 battle pass with my friends and was very much looking foward to doing the same for season 8. I hope this issue can be resolved ASAP or at least tell me why I have been banned and what I can do to get my account back before the next season starts.

that is exactly what happened to me, i have been trying to find someone to talk to regarding the matter to try get my account un banned but im still waiting, i can not find any contact numbers or email addresses what so ever.

bruh i got the same issue as you and received the same email as well , this is crap ! at least they could refund us but no.... lol
