Community ManagerYour worse PING when connecting to the router is at 18ms. That should be in the single digits. You've also got another very high worst ping on the 5th hop. That's before reaching our server. Can you run the test again so we can see if the results are the same? Also, what country are you located in?

That test looks better. So, your connection could be fluctuating a lot. Have you tried using alternate DNS settings? If not, try this. From the Xbox One screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4. Let me know what happens.
