Error code:shoe. Can’t fix it.

Within the last 3 days I’ve tried to play a complete game and I can’t. Game keeps disconnecting me every single time showing an error code: shoe. Pleeease I need some help can’t fix it even tho I already uninstalled the game twice. This is so frustrating. Literally Begging u guys!
