I'm being banned and I don't know why

Sorry english is not my first language but i will try express myself, i play apex on ps4 since 2020, 2 weeks ago i buy my pc from a friend just to play apex with a higer FPS i dont use my main account because i never play with MK and i will training first, but every time i play to test my accounts is getting ban and i dont khow why, i appeled believing that's a error but was denied saying i was cheating but i'm playing like a bot i never gona do this, please can ya'll tell me what can I do because I don't have any cheats, I bought the PC and I can't play, my PS id is SauceGM i play this last years please i just want play now with my pc, just tell me where you guys saying i am cheating if i need to restore my pc or something i just wnat to play and i not going to synchronize my ps account if this is goona happen, teel me what i'm gonna do please
