Lost progress, skins and herlooms!

I stopped playing apex for a few years but when I got back, I check that i've lost 2 of my 3 herlooms and a lot of skins on my mains
I sent an Email to the EA, they just told me to wait because this issue was happening with a lot of players.. I still waiting

No results, nothing, I just lost a lot of money :/

I'm not a clip-person, I don't have the octanes ones, but its possible to see in the system right? :(
