O bate-papo de voz e texto não está disponível para sua conta." PS5

Boa tarde, eu vi que muitos estão com problemas nesse bate papo e texto no Apex legends. eu fiz a verificação de idade em minha conta e aparentemente voltou ao normal. vi relatos que tentaram contata...

I downloaded the App on my laptop and after logging in there was a message on the top of the window to verify my age. I verified it through facial scan. I then downloaded the game on the PS5 again but I still can't use voice and text chat. 

Maybe I need to wait a little bit. I will check again tomorrow to see if it is working.

    Didn’t work for me as well, and the support team is not helping at all
