1.1.0 Portal XP makes no sense. Adjusting Restrictions shouldn't affect XP or AI

For those who wonder why there's no AI in Portal, it's because enabling AI in Portal forces the server to restrict as much XP as possible, this is nonsensical if Modifiers, Restrictions or the Rules ...

@LlamaWithKatana I don't know whether to laugh or cry because that's exactly what All-out warfare is once 32 players are found to start the game.
