2 accounts banned, appeal ignored and closed

i have just found out now my account i had to make cause EA banned my regular one out of no where saying i was hacking (god if i  was hacking please teachme how cause i would hope that if i was hacking my stats wouldnt suck so bad wow) so i am dumbfounded and appeal first case, only to get  instantly dcase closed.  no reply nothing. 
then today i went to try new update and my account i had tio freaking make cause of this false ban or what noopt iis BANNED TOO.  EA WHAT IS GOING ON? stealing peoples money? im literallyt on disability i couldnt afford hascks if i wanted and i have been beyond active with making it clear how much i hate the fact us gamers have been plauged by people that hack and ruin the little time we should have god forbid, with their hacks..  but now getting banned for what? sucking? l,not even having my case reviewed, just closed, EA your stealing money and you know it.  I JUST DID A FRESH INSTALL AND  I GET BANNED.,  Mdssssssake that make sense EA

    You maybe got hardware or ip banned.

    The anti cheat goes around checking what you have in your computer so it might found something suspicious and sounded the alarm.

    Although The EA network is notorious for its nefarious management, from bugs on its App and terrible websites.

    I know you tried to contact them before, but honestly i don't know what else to do in your situation. 

    the public relations with the clients is terrible, hope you get a more helpful answer
