We know why.
They still bought the game after all the hate and they secretly enjoy playing the game.
That is until a player on the other team dressed as a hot military chic owns them in game and then to add insult to injury gets featured in the top 3 players end screen.
Then to make up for their perceived humiliation they come on here and start crying "muh Apexfield, this SUCKS".
Rinse and repeat.
- 4 years ago@CountSero Well its a good day my friend.
I love my battlefield even with all the warts and imbalance which I hope they fix over the coming months.
So I'm pleased to see the online hate mob failed in their campaign to cancel my battlefield!- CountSero4 years agoSeasoned Ace

@Tank2042ManI have been trying to ignore the online hate mob here the last few days as I tell myself if I ignore them then they will just go away but I think it makes them more upset 🙂. I for one don't listen to these people or those so-called online influencers. I make up my own mind and I like the game as well as do many of others out there that don't even come to forums.

It is probably more interesting how many people are playing now and in the future to determine the success from the players' point of view and the amount of content the game will get.
I look forward to seeing how the game is in a few months.- ragnarok0134 years agoHero+

I look forward to seeing how the game is in a few months.@SirBobdk Precisely, that is the true metric of success as initial sales is really a commentary on the effectiveness of marketing while sustained concurrently players is the mark the the actual game's success. BF1 sold very well initially but hemorrhaged players like crazy.
