Hi there. We're not able to help with bans over the EA Forums. It sounds like you've disputed the bean twice so far. You can submit one more if you like. Unfortunately, they won't be able to go into detail on what the cheating activity was though.

If player believe it was unfair Isn't that our right to know what's the reason for that ban? I would demand answers myself because i know mistakes happen and also A LOT of mistakes by EA anticheat who ban legit players lately.
