2042 Stealth Helicopters: Fix them, nerf them, or take them out of the game

@CantGetRight No intention of insulting you as I suck with flying as well, but yeah, probably. It's a miracle if the stealth helicopters are downed by ground forces in any match I've ever played. Only thing I've seen reliably kill them is...other aircraft.

But you can't tell me that you've been playing in S1 and haven't noticed stealth helicopters regularly dominating rounds alongside condors/hinds for whichever team takes the initial air superiority. Since generally whichever team achieves air superiority first, never loses it.

@CantGetRight I’ve done all right, which again is proof it’s a little tweaked. Make Soflam lock on, and don’t buff anything else. Gives us a fighting chance.
