Went from 100FPS to 20-35 with obvious video lag. No other system changes other than installing the new driver for a 3080RTX. Anyone figure out what the issue is or do I need to do a clean install or roll back to the previous driver?

Same happen to me. Rolled back and I am good to go
I personally have not had a problem with the latest driver, If you do you can try DDU and reinstall the driver to see if the problem persists.
