What you don't realize is this change will force the vehicle campers to become even bigger campers. By your statement you show clearly that you are not aa/tank player and have zero understanding of how vulnerable these vehicles already are. It's not vehicle clowns who cry, it's the stupid Boris players with negative k/d.
There are thousand ways to deal with camping vehicles but most of the BF player base is unfortunately braindead with zero understanding of this game's mechanics.

@DontCryBORISAs a stupid Boris player with a 3.44 KD, I welcome this APS change 😃The APS change will have very negative effect not only for vehicle players but also vs infantry. The decent vehicle players will adapt and still steamroll, the campers will just become even worse.
The biggest joke in the new patch notes is this line:
"vehicles will repair 25HP in 8.6 seconds, up from 5 seconds. This change is meant to emphasize the role of engineers..." In my 3k hours in this game I've seen handful of engineers actually bothering to repair. Most simply don't care/ignore/or are escaped zoo apes.

I mean maybe try pushing up vs camping in spawn in the same location the entire time with irish sentinels surrounding you out of bounds? I don't think tors/wildcats should be just obliterated by air even as a jet main. I just think that they are always camping in the same spot surrounded by irish sentinels and are virtually unkillable which is the issue. That has to be pretty boring game play. Imo try to be unpredictable. I find some of the most effective gameplays are when tors and or wildcats push up and are able to surprise me from different angles that are normally safe fly zones. I would argue that this change will discourage camping in the same spot. Like if you shoot at an enemy air vehicle or are shot at, try changing your position so that you aren't strafed as easy on the 2nd pass. That being said we will have to see how it plays out.

All this BS could have easily been avoided, there are multiple better options;
By applying some rules to the spawn area. for example, a timer that forces people out of the spawn area, say you get 30 seconds from the moment of spawning to leave the spawn. the only question is if this should apply to both vehicles and infantry or just vehicles.
Or even better make the spawn area a non-deploy area for sentinels.Or make the vehicle APS available to the EBAA Wildcat
Instead Dice is trying to kill a mosquito with a canon.
