DICE and EA dont want vehicules.
They, the new dev's in house, are COD players.
We cant expect them to love vehicules.

I'm not pre ordering and giving 70€ for a new game where a tank gets ruined in few seconds...

Exactly, TV Missiles should never been in the infantry, except in vehicles.

I finally got back from the fieldwork trip and unlocked the A10

This thing is horrible. It gets outurned even by the stealth drone and it does not really have that much firepower to compensate for what it loses in mobility.

Before the nerf it probably was a glass cannon. Now it is a Glass ornament.

DICE seriously do not use Silk's footage as the the baseline for balancing things.

Vehicles are slot and spawn limited because they are supposed to be much stronger than the infantry, not inferior to them.

Exactly my point, only because some guys are pretty good at flying doesnt mean everyone can be OP with those planes

it is not that they are strong individually. But if like 10 people chose to use them, every vehicle is a gonner.

Also people forget about the RAO hack

Honestly, this game is missing all the fun variations that used to make players enjoy themselves.Everything has been Nerfed in this game, from the smallest vehicles to the specialists, Nerf after Nerf.I don't know who is responsible for the game's balance but you can see that they have no idea what they are doing,This made me open my eyes regarding Battlefield in general, if this continues like this at the end of BF2042 then it will continue in BF6 and that's why I won't buy the game until I see it with my own eyes. The vehicles in BF6 were so bad, people are going to come back to reality. Everyone is against this Nerf of the planes, only Dice doesn't want to accept it.

I did more practice vs bots to unlock various modules for the A10 now.

I was shocked to find that the explosive rounds in sptre of being nerfed create a thick cloud of brown smoke that obscures the visibility of the pilot when aiming explosive rounds at infantry. The weapon goes out of its way to hide the visuals of the targets !!!!

Also in order to increase the firepower one has to trade a lot of agility and vice versa. If you go for mobility you lose so much firepower that you basically have the fighter jet instead or if you go for more firepower, I do not even want to imagine how easily an enemy plane will eat your A10.

If they really wish to go with the lower firepower, they might as well make the plane airbrake much more. The gun of the real A10 has more pushing power than the engines themselves in recoil and that slows it down immensely IRL, leaving more time for a precise pass.

Like someones said in Silk's comments, if you see Beethoven play piano well, you do not nerf the piano.

The attack jet could equip heat decoys and DRFM in the same time , it means the ground AA missiles are no effective on it while it operate in the combat zone .

Another worse thing is the heat smoke can't avoid the AGM attack which launched by attack jet , the missile keep heading to my vehicle and boom .

It is easy become base **bleep** right now if one side can't control air on start .

Hate vehicles? This has been one of the most vehicle heavy BF games to date!
The Jets can rack up 100 plus kills a game, as can the helis and there is little you can do.
At least the good players can.
