I have Tier 1 Repair Tool. In rounds where I got frustrated with infantry play I would spawn as Falck in a Condor or Hind and weld away, healing myself if the damage got inside the vehicle. This way you can boost your XP by getting 3x Logistics Ribbons as well. But even with this method it took months to get T1 on the Repair Tool. And I died a lot of time.
