Anyone T1 the repair tool?

I never paid much attention until now, but what the heck is going on with the repair tool? Eighty thousand health repaired? I haven't spent a lot of time repairing things, but I have spent a few rounds repairing transports the whole time and I have 1600 repaired? Seems kind of crazy. What are your experiences?

    @Echo6Echo Half the gadgets and stuff take forever, but the problem with the Repair Tool is, it only repairs 1% per tick and half the time you can't repair anything because of emergency repair or vehicles running off into the hills away from you.

    I've only got half way to mastery 1 out of 40.
