So you've reached out, and been told that there's nothing on your account. Just to check: what platform do you play on? (And if it's PC, what storefront is it? ie. Steam?)
EDIT: I see from your post that you play on Xbox! My bad for not immediately seeing that. Can you try logging in here with your EA account details and let me know if you see your Xbox linked?

Essentially I have been told I have a ban on my account for Competitive Advantage as stated by my User Data and an EA advisor through live chat the problem is that I cannot appeal it as it does not appear in my penalty history. and when trying to submit a Case through other means it forces me back to the penalty history page to make an appeal. I essentially am just trying to get more information on the ban and more context behind the reason for it as I have read the EAs definition of Competitive Advantage and would like to know what specifically I had conducted under that definition.
About what platform I play on is mostly Xbox as I have a series X and I have over 35 days played on my Xbox and 169 hours on Steam as I had been playing on my gaming laptop every here and there while I was away from home in university.

From what I have gathered on the forums here is that a lot of people had been banned around the same time and faced the same issue as I had the most notable and probably similar to my case is moris45 with this forum post Have you been BANNED!? Read this | EA Forums - 12143106.
That's about a quick sum up of what's happening and sorry for rambling.

Ah, I see. I wish I could be more helpful on this but we don't have the tools here on the forums to look into bans, so I can't help you with regards to the reasons you got it.
Were you able to raise disputes before, or is not being able to reach out something new? You should be able to reach out to our terms of service team regardless. Maybe this is a silly question, but have you tried another browser, or clearing your browser cache already in case that's what's causing issues?
