Banned on 2042 on pc

Anyone know why would I be banned from 2042 on my pc yet can still play the game fine on my PlayStation using the same account ?

    Hi there. Most likely, the ban extends to all platforms. You would need to contact an advisor to find out though. Cases can be opened by hitting the "Contact us" button at the bottom of this page. Thank you.
