Personally i remembered BF3 and 4 had the best setup and design also liked BF3 Veteran tag setup was and BF4 CTE system where you had to actually accomplish the challenges for each tag and character skin. Any other thoughts?
@PacNbowls Thought your named seemed a bit familier, I used to run between Dice Hunters and Dice Protectors trying to find my place was some really good times back then
@rouvio Agreed, one of my favorite things was collecting dog tags. And seing how you where awarded for having been with the franchise over a longer time made me wanna go back and play the older games. Still thing the "Franchise Veteran" tag is one of the nicest ones in BF4... while also Dice Friends I would peronally say looked better in BF3
I have wanted and wished for a return to a game / environment where this "game within a game" of hunting for and protecting your own tags is facilitated and encouraged. EA DICE have nearly burned that bridge down for me though with BF1 / BFV and its atrocious melee system.
I remember being able to keep track of who took my tags and then I would be able to find them through server browser to "get them back" so to speak... With the current hyper-sensitivity to stalking / bullying / anything even resembling... I doubt those features will ever return.

That was epic, as we could track who we had taken tags from, when and how many times. As well as how many times we had lost the tags ourselves, when and to whom. I so wish that the old classic BFStats functions would come back, including a fully fledged Battlelog with all the bells and whistles as we had the first few years at BF4 release.
Can we maybe add the special Black Chip Tags to the list, as wouldn't mind either that the EA BF2042 game developers have a bit of fun by putting in some Easter Eggs also for us to have some added fun within the game?
Hey Aleksander Grøndal, we are ready for your next illuminati-level pranks! ;o)
I have to add another one that I loved having and once earned I was very proud. It is not a Dog Tag but a ribbon (on/off topic). As a hardcore commander that I was, I enjoyed having this in my inventory:
BF2's War College Ribbon
100 hours as a commander
200 wins
25,000 commander points.
