If you find it all a little too hectic I'd suggest picking the NTW-50 sniper rifle and setting up about 100 to 150 metres away from a contested spot next to some cover so you don't stick out like a sore thumb. Use trees, rocks, bushes etc to merge in.
You will avoid being caught up in the close quarters fast paced shooting and get yourself some kills which will help build your confidence.
The NTW-50 is a one shot kill up to 100 metres so you don't have to worry about having to land 4 or 5 shots to get a kill.
I mainly play as Falck (so Medic) and I always recommend fellow Falck players to equip the Ammo Crate. That way, you can keep resupplying your Syrette Pistol to heal your teammates and yourself, and you can resupply yourself & teammates with general new, fresh, delicious ammunition. 🙌

so other then training for the class rework restictions on Falk why shouldn't you run a M5 or anything explosive....
ammo is also rather a non factor in 2042 since you get 3 seperate ammo pools to start with and to this day i have yet to run trough all 3 before beign killed....- LMG72TeRMiNaToR3 years agoSeasoned Veteran
Play as Angel; drop ammo, ammo crate and revive team/squad mates.

Tip - Smoke launcher gadget is awesome for attacking in Rush / Breakthrough.
Tip - You can resupply throwables with ammo crates, so if you spawn with an ammo crate your throwables is limited by your ammo crate cool down.
Tip - Look at the mini map, there are a lot of ways enemies get spotted, so keep an eye out for them on the mini map.
Tip - If there are lots of players camping an elevator spawn as Irish with C5, place a barricade in the elevator as close to the door as possible, and place a lot of C5 on the side of the barricade facing out the elevator door. Send the elevator up, and detonate when the doors open.

I think that is the best loadout and it keeps the logistics ribbons rolling in.

@DaveTheBrave_USA, pretty much! It's kind of a win/win situation. 🙂

- As indicated earlier, vehicles can be really powerful in the right hands. Having squadmates using VOIP in your vehicle can make them damn near indestructible. This is especially true of the ELBC-Ram and the MAV: They're unstoppable when loaded up with players communicating enemy locations, movements and so on.
- The third seat in the MAV is the best seat, provided that it has the anti-personnel rocket pods equipped.
- Extended magazines save lives.
- By the same token, the LMGs are utter beasts in this game.
- The reload button also has an undocumented "summon enemy" feature.
- High rate of fire weapons are, in my view at least, generally just better than semi-auto or lower RoF weapons (with the exception of the SFAR).
- Pick one weapon from each class. Work on those and only those weapons from their class. Switch them around as necessary to complete the weeklies. This week's, for instance, asks you to get assault rifle and marksman kills/assists.
- SOFLAMs are great for spotting for your team, area denial, and generally annoying vehicles. You can still get great scores with it, even if you don't get that many kills. It really helps the team too by putting infantry on the minimap for them.
- Be careful where you drop vehicles or Angel's crate. You can teamkill with them. Inadvertently, of course.
- Look at the weekly missions in the battlepass screen - completing them can give your progress a massive boost.
- Some specialists are more teamplay-oriented than others. Falck and Angel are especially so. Mackay and Sundance... Not so much.

I think it's fun, if you are equipped the ATMs and you find a loose vehicle on the map to drop them in front of the vehicle as close as you can to it so they're not seen and then if an enemy takes the vehicle they blow up right away. Nasty surprise!
