@RipGroove99It is along the lines of, you don't own what you pay for, and EA can take it away anytime they see fit.
TOC really only matters in the US. Many other countries, especially the EU, have consumer protection laws that protect people from EULAs and the such. EULA doesn't trump country laws.
It sure golly does. It specifically states your account will be locked until you contact EA to investigate further.
Read the terms before agreeing to them. Don't commit chargeback fraud. Chargeback isn't an escalation in customer service. It isn't the bank "refunding" you. It's you telling your bank that your card has been fraudulently used.
Why would a company allow your account to remain active when it's been flagged for fraud by your bank??

- Both myself and fiancée went back to BFV, it’s like putting on a nice warm shirt that just came out of the dryer, it’s Battlefield.
They should move operators to Hazard Zone only, add normal solders for AOW, add back all the “Legacy features” and then I’ll accept your next game as a hero shooter and come back to 2042 (doesn’t mean I’ll play your next hero shooter), not making these changes I’ll be skipping your next BF and I’ve been buying them every year since since the original 1942 (still have all the boxes and discs).
I’d be playing WW3 but to me without ability to revive friends it’s a pass for me, I’ve always played as a medic so seeing you kill Battlefield it’s very sad to see… Hmmmmm.. I see some correlation between this and the post made ealier, "90% of people dont know how to play this game".

This one really bothers me and I'm out. So numbers can't be good.It's not that 90% are gone - the video takes the maximum variance in the sample: 100,000 concurrent players at peak, just under 10,000 players at minimum, and then states that the 90,000 players aren't coming back. It's such an elementry error that I have trouble believing it's genuine.
It's like me saying that I am 50cm tall because that's the lowest value in all the samples of my height.
9am on the 29th Dec is a normal working day for a lot of people and for those that are off, how many are awake at that time nevermind playing video games, no wonder there were less than 10,000 players!

- @EdwinSpangler I can't even load into a match anymore. The most it will allow is for me to load into the squad menu but that's it. I have great internet connect of 400mbps, NAT Type is open, wired connection, playing on the series X but still nothing. This ain't it chief. I'm going back to BF4
