Whilst many may hate it, many like it so to claim 'Battlefield is dead' is nonsense and does not reflect the thoughts of the 'community' at large.
Don't forget, negative thoughts/comments are usually more 'common' as those happy with the game are generally playing it and enjoying it rather than on here or other social media whinging about it.

Honestly I would be ok if they show the scoreboard, but not display deaths. Like you'll know your own number of death but not others.
Maybe make it focus more on scores, captures, support (rez, repair etc.) instead of KD.
