@HillbillyJohn I completely agree and it's one of the reasons that I started offering tech support here on AHQ 9 years ago. Not only can we help people play the game they paid for but I can see the general trends, recurring tech issues, and community sentiment to give well rounded feedback to EA and DICE to hopefully listen to and make the game better. The community is the exact reason I stuck it out through BF1 and BF5 despite not caring for those entries...you guys are pretty awesome.
